James Shoolery Award

Call for Nominations - Deadline: April 21, 2017

We are opening nominations for the 2017 Shoolery Award.

The 2017 Shoolery Award recognizes the important contributions by an individual throughout his/her career to the field of small molecule NMR spectroscopy. In 2014 the inaugural award was made to Professor William F. Reynolds, and the 2015 award went to Professor Gareth A. Morris. 2016 Gary Martin received the Award.

Nominations should include the following items:

  1. Name of nominee
  2. Nominee's affiliation, address, phone, and e-mail
  3. Name of nominator, address, phone, and e-mail
  4. A brief justification serving as the basis for the nomination
  5. A list of up to 5 key publications

In addition, the nominator must contact the proposed nominee to ensure that he/she is willing and able to both attend the SMASH meeting, at which the award will be presented, and deliver an award address.
