Elite Sponsor (1x)

Donation $15,000

Includes:

  • a double sized 20' by 10' booth space in a unique conservatory space
  • Branding and signage at all midday and evening meals
  • Four free registrations (2 delegate, 2 booth staff, includes meals - see registration page for details)
  • Logo across the SMASH program and website
  • Your logo and corporate/scientific content on the SMASH App 
  • Up to five posters in the 'Sponsor Poster' area of our Poster Session 
  • Two tables and chairs in the booth if required

Premier Sponsor (1x) - Taken

Donation $10,000

Includes:

  • A 10' by 10' booth space
  • Branding and signage at evening social events
  • Two free registrations (1 delegate, 1 booth staff, includes meals - see registration page for details)
  • Logo and a link on our Sponsors page
  • Your logo and corporate/scientific content on the SMASH App 
  • Up to four posters in the 'Sponsor Poster' area of our Poster Session 
  • One table and two chairs in the booth if required

Booth Space

Donation ≥ $6,000

Includes:

  • One free registration (1 booth staff, includes meals - see registration page for details)

  • Up to three posters in the 'Sponsor Poster' area of our Poster Session

Table Space

Donation ≥ $2,000

Includes:

  • A 6' table space, two chairs
  • One free registration (1 booth staff, includes meals - see registration page for details)
  • Logo and a link on our Sponsors page
  • Your logo and corporate/scientific content on the SMASH App 
  • One poster in the 'Sponsor Poster' area of our Poster Session 

The sponsor tables will be allocated in the order that reservations are received. The only requirement is that you have at least one attendee at the conference.

NOTE: You will need to have all your signs on the table or immediately behind your chairs, so that only a reasonable area is covered (no more than 4' deep). If you need more space or want to put something substantial on the floor or in front of the table, please reserve a booth space.

Supporter

Donation in any $ amount

Whether you can attend or not, your company's logo and scientific or corporate content can be put on the SMASH App and website if you send financial support of any amount to SMASH. We will confirm receipt of your contribution and send you details for providing your content.
